Brad's practice primarily focuses on real estate and mortgage related transactions. His real estate practice includes all aspects of commercial and residential real property transactions, and representing borrowers, lenders and developers in single family and commercial financing and re-financing.

My practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, financings, entity formation (joint ventures, limited liability partnerships and limited liability companies), securitization, leasing, construction,contracting and foreclosures.
