Relieved

Mr Bartlett took me on as a client after another atty mishandled my case. I felt lost and uninformed regarding the state of affairs in my case. In addition to the overwhelming stress I had to endure because things were long, drawn out, and causing me to miss time at work. He picked up my case midstre...am, got acquainted with it and provided me with pertinent information that gave me insight on possible outcomes. Mr Bartlett took time to meet with me even on occasional weekends. He was very attentive, empathetic and listened to me when I disagreed with what was being offered as judgement in my case. He continued to fight for me and worked diligently with the prosecutor to achieve a favorable outcome. He was always professional, punctual, succinct and prompt at my court appearances. Mr Bartlett brought a successful and timely end to my case. He saw to it that my case was dismissed with little to almost no demands made of me by the court. I recommend Mr Bartlett to anyone seeking a seasoned and skilled attorney

Got Money to only do nothing Lawyer

I hired Mr. Bartlett, because he was referred to me. I thought he was the best, went I went to his office about my case, he laid it on thick, that he takes care of everything no stress, don’t have you waiting for hours in court, the judge is his friend blah blah blah. This man chargers me $1500 f...or a misdemeanor case, of theft of property of only $180. I am innocent, the department store brought me in because of my car tags, I didn’t take anything. (He never asked me, or wanted to consult with me about my case). However I paid him, because I didn’t want anything on my record, and was told he was the best. It was game! Him and Mike works together, and tricks clients together. I went to court for about 8 months for something that should’ve been settled in 3-4 months!!! He was PAID what was the hold up? I kept having to miss work, for nothing. Every time i went to court, I waited hours on him only for him to reset a date!!!! Finally on my next to last court date, which that date was supposed to be my last, he asks me to pay $180 for restitution and the next court date we’re done. So I pay it go in for my next court date, he resets it again!!!! So finally on the last court date, he makes we wait 2 hrs again, then he comes for papers for me to sign, making it seem simple like it’s signing for the payment of restitution, I didn’t realize paying the restitution was an admission of guilt, I only paid because I wanted this over, I want to clear my name. So after signing the papers, he says now we just go in here, you raise your right hand then we’re done. I’m like ok. We get in there and the Judge asks me if I’m ok with this guilty plea, I didn’t even realize that’s what was going on, I didn’t want that, it was like he pushed me right over a cliff. This wasn’t work, I wasn’t represented well at all, should’ve just kept my old lawyer, but he was too busy. This man is a crook, and doesn’t care about his clients just wants the money!!! And I’m not happy about the way I was railroaded Mr. Bartlett. He was so nice and genuine at the beginning when he was getting hired, only to be a snake at the end! These are people lives y’all are playing with, I know we had to hire you, but do your jobs and represent us, that’s what you’re paid for, not to just not do nothing at all
