Sheldon Jay Miller

I retained Mr Miller for a personal injury/worker comp claim. He sat on the case until the statute of limitations was about two months away. He then prematurely closed my file, because of his lack of experience with worker comp cases, and because, as he said, “worker comp cases no longer pay anything... worth while. His actions subsequently left me leaving me without, and unable to retain another attorney elsewhere. Mr. Miller only filed the lawsuit after I told him I’d been advised to report him to the TN. Board of Professional Responsibility. His actions caused me a great deal of anxiety, depression, lack of sleep, loss of work/wages, and unnecessary aggravation. His integrity, professionalism, and fiduciary responsibility are all questionable. I would not recommend this attorney.
