Ms. Wicks was appointed as my niece public defender, and did nothing. I contacted as a concerned family member and she immediately told me not top contact her without knowing why I reached out. Her communication with my niece was little to none. Court hearing she did say a word and I even informed h...er we came to support. She let her face this situation alone. The mention of her name to fellow attorney's was heart wrenching but it was to late for my niece. Get public defenders who cares in the system not one who just collecting a check. Disappointed to don't allow her yo be appointed to your family member.
