Biography
David Monypeny, is a partner in the law firm of Harris, Shelton, Hannover Walsh pllc and has extensive experience representing a wide variety of clients, including individuals, small businesses, corporations, estates and even international entertainers. He is skilled in matters involving both federal and state tax controversy and tax planning, international/offshore tax, bankruptcy, and business planning. Prior to becoming a partner with Harris Shelton he founded the Law Office of Monypeny and Associates.
Because of his wealth of experience as both an attorney and Certified Public Accountant, retired, David is often invited to speak and write about tax-related issues. When he’s not advocating for his clients, David enjoys the outdoors, good music, and his dogs.

An excellent attorney for any tax problen
I was facing an out of control IRS debt. Mr. Monypeny helped get my returns filed and helped me reach a great settlement with the IRS. He returned my calls. He definitely new what he was doing to stabilize collection and then to negotiate the tax with the IRS.
