A REAL Attorney, Not A "Deal Maker"

I was looking for an attorney to represent a juvenile family member. So, I started looking in the yellow pages. Then a friend told me she heard about this attorney that was really caring. I called James Franklin and got the voice mail. Well, moving along in my search, I continued to call others. ... Mr. Franklin called me back. That was one of the best phone calls I have received in 2015. He gave me a consultation over the phone. I explained everything to him, he listened and advised. This was all BEFORE he talked about retaining him. We continued the call and I was absolutely IMPRESSED. I expressed this to the family member, who by the way was totally against hiring an attorney. The child had a court appointed attorney and because she felt her child was not guilty of the charges she thought she could let the system worked. I knew better and I was determined more than ever that this man that I had spoken to was going to be hired. Fast forward to today.....James Franklin is absolutely amazing. He is caring, compassionate, he believes in his clients, he does visits in detention whenever he can. Not visits to discuss the case but visits of motivation. Here was a child that was totally depressed and wanted to go home. After visiting with Mr. Franklin that child told me Mr. Franklin was his spiritual advisor, he treated him like he has known him from birth, and he gave him hope. He said Mr. Franklin made everything ok and he could wait there knowing that Mr. Franklin was in his corner and he would be ok. That was more valuable than winning the lottery. Mr. James Edward Frankin, Jr is AMAZING and there is no other attorney like him. He does not make deals, he practices law and that is what we needed. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

When I first saw him at work, I knew if ever I needed a lawyer it would be him!

I can't say enough about this Lawyer and I have had a few. I have had some that charged extremely high fees and were nothing but horrible lawyers and people. Some I never saw even in court and one I only saw on court day!!!! I was honest but he made sure everything we do is above board. But he called... me on the regular, worked so hard and passionately for my case till I wish could have paid him more... I told him that having him in my corner made me feel like I had a chance, that I mattered. I told him that with him now I have my gloves on. Win or lose he gave me a chance to be heard. Our fight is not over but I feel good...
