You should have filed all the documents for them at one time. However, w/the I-130 receipts, they can file the I-485s, I-765, I-131 & I-864 forms.

I agree. Check with your immigration lawyer, not your company's lawyer. Why go through these machinations when you have a green card available to you?

If you can prove that you are indigent than use I-912 form. If not, it's $380.

Agreed. The notice comes up to 21 days from filing and the appointment can be as early as 2 weeks thereafter.

Hi , My L1B Visa is getting expired on Jan6th 2013 however my I-94 is valid till 6th Jan 2015. Need to go back to India in Jan.
