How do my parents get their passports from Canadian embassy.

If they are Canandian citizens they apply with the Canadian gov't. for passports. If landed immigrants, they use their native country's passport.

I agree w/attorney Prasad. Apparently, you lost the 2 yr card after you filed with USCIS because you would have had to submit a front and back copy...

Agreed. New poverty guidelines will come out late this month or in March. You will need to use the latest guidelines.
