Napoleon Yancey III

Attorney Napoleon Yancey is the lead lawyer at Napoleon Law Firm, PLLC. He has both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Business Administration with concentrations in finance, real estate. He also has a law degree from the University of Memphis. Before founding his own firm, he worked for three years as a bank examiner for the FDIC, overseeing compliance management and recommending corrective actions in accordance with state and federal law. He then went to work for the Reaves Law Firm as its CFO. He is now licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Minnesota, and North Dakota, assisting clients with tax preparation, audit support, IRS litigation, estate planning, and probate administration. His primary focus is on resolving clients IRS and State Tax Debts. He uses a range of tactics to resolve clients' debts to include offers in compromise, partial pay installment agreements, innocent spouse relief, garnishment and levy release, and lien removal or subordination.
