Jack Sherman is by far the best criminal attorney I've come across in Memphis! He's well respected at 201 Poplar & handled my case with dignity. He's a class act and was upfront with me about everything. My case was completely dismissed and I would recommend him to anyone needing representatio...n for a criminal charge!

I hired Mr. Sherman on my fiance's criminal case. He was really straight forward and honest with me. He didn't sugar coat anything. He did everything that he said he would do. He was always available when needed and very helpful. I would recommend him to everyone needing help on a criminal charge. He... won the case for my fiance and I couldn't be any more happy. He is great at what he does and I am thankful that I hired him. You should to! I give him a 99.9 out of 100!

Do not hire this wanna be. He is a thief. I consulted him about an uncontested divorce. I was in his office a total of 1 minute 20 seconds. I was in his waiting room 45 mins waiting to see this clown. He tells me he can't get started until I pay him $2500.00. I tell him I have $500 now that I will gi...ve the rest the following Friday. He takes my card withdrawals $517.00 from my account. The following Friday comes around and inform him I will not be needing his services and that if he feels like I owe him anything to deduct it from the $517.00 and return the rest to my card. 4 months have gone by and nothing. Doesn't answer phone,email,text,nothing! He advertised free consultation, not true. It cost me $517.00 for 80 seconds of his time. This chump is a crook that needs to be in jail. I was robbed. He did nothing but take my money.

I hired Mr. Sherman on a misdemeanor DUI. He charged me not a lot of money 750.00 but that's because he didn't do crap on my case. He tried to get more money every time we came to court but I had to keep reminding him I paid him in full. He then tried to explain why he needed more money. He told me f...or $500 more he could get DUI dropped. I paid him and he told me not to worry that he would handle it. I thought that meant case was over. Four months later I got pulled over and had a warrant for missing court. He is a quack. A liar. I hired a new lawyer to handle the case and she got the case reduced to a reckless driving. Everybody at 201 Poplar laughed at me for hiring that clown. So beware of this attorney if you fall for his false advertisin like I did.
