Deana Lee Latimore

I cannot even begin to explain how much I regret hiring Deana Lattimore as my attorney. I had an allegation against me and juvenile court for the first time of being a mother in 23 years. I decided to hire council because I was having trouble understanding the court order, for the most part I did how...ever they were certain things that I did not understand. Upon hiring Lattimore, I made her aware of a few of my concerns about the case that possibly could be a conflict and she told me straight to my face that she did not even know who these people were, and in her words “ everything out here is a small town bull****”. Come to find out, not only did she lie to my face upon hiring her, our first court date she acted like she did not know what was going on in the case, and acted as if she was against me the whole entire time, she even made accusations to me, including calling me names, calling me a liar, and she would never give me a direct answer to a question. I would have to ask the same thing over and over again and she would come back with irrelevant answers and completely disregard my questions. I had another party and several other witnesses appear with meetings with Lattimore and many agreed that I should hire new council that it seemed as if she was against me and not for me. However, being that I had paid quite the amount of money to her, I was unable to do that at the time due to all of her extra request that the court was not requesting that I was paying for out-of-pocket. Never once did I receive a bill or a contract, never, once that I receive a direct answer, she constantly belittled and acted as if I had problems and even told me several times that I was a liar and very unprofessional and inappropriate things. Many witnesses were very shocked of her behavior. I would definitely recommend doing your research before hiring her, I have read other reviews that I wish I had read prior to hiring her, because the reviews that I read recently are the exact same things and issues that I had with this attorney. IF I HAD KNOWN THIS BEFORE, OF COURSE I WOULD’VE NEVER HIRED HER, HOWEVER, THESE REVIEWS- are so true! I would not trust this lady to walk my dog much less defending me in court. Please take the reviews very seriously as they are direct, very accurate and unfortunately, I experienced the same firsthand. Best of luck
