I-130, I-601A Waiver and Green Card

OUTCOME: Green Card was approved and beneficiary was permitted to travel back to United States.

Beneficiary who married US Citizen was on unauthorized status in United States since 1998 because he had entered the United States without inspection. After getting no help from several counsels he app ... roached, he contacted us and I reviewed the file and decided to take up his case. We successfully got his I-130 approved and thereafter filed I-601 waiver petition for him which was approved within 6 months. We prepared him and subjected him for visa interview at US Consulate in his country of nationality.
