3 years ago my husband was provided Aaron's contact information to assist us in a custody case. We paid the fee and he closedthe case. A few months later we had a additional issue with child support and paid him close to $5k to assist us, three years later and we are still waiting for the case to be ...closed. Aaron is the worst, bottom of the barrel lawyer we have ever come in contact with. He did nothing but appear in court three times for 15-20 minutes cash time and sat in one mediation and he thinks that is worth $5k. Every fee that came up; filing fee, copies fees, registering the order fee, etc. he had us pay. We had to contact the courts in another state to get a copy of the old order and have it sent to TN and follow up. We had to contact Maximus for assistance, all the things we paid him to do because year after year he has done nothing. By the grace of God my husband has since gain custody. We asked him to stop child support and he wants more money it is the same case, still open. Why are we required to give him more money on the same case he has not resolved. We went around him and got the custody order changed thinking it would be easier for the case to be closed if all he had to do was file to have the child support changed. We have other children that have been affected by the money we have paid him and the sacrafices our family took to have this resolved.

Mr.Ayers is verry un organized in his billing and case loads. Talks a good game but in the court room I found him verry quiet I was basicaly talking for my self. This was a devorce matter maybe he should stick with his other practice areas. The other lawyer he was facing seemed to intemidate Aaron al...l the time I voiced my opinion to him several times with no avail. He does not inform you of changed court dates he just doesnt show while Im thier waiting on him,Thats verry frustrating. retained him for $4500.00 this caes is still going on due to him being bullied by the other att. to put the case off.I had to take a lost and get someone who nows what they are doing the money paid to Arron was a wast for nothing being done.Then he sent a bill for $800.00. Well he has been reported and investigating by the bar. You dont take $$$ and do nothing for your clients I hope he learns from this.
