My husband and I were fighting for custody of his youngest son. We gave Kim all of the evidence that we had and she said we had a good case that we would definitely get custody of him. Kim filed the paperwork wrong several times the courts asked her to redo the paperwork which was never done. The cou...rt asked her for the child’s medical files and she never sent over for them anytime we left a message for her to call us back or emailed her. It was several weeks to a month and a half before she would get back to us. In the end, the case was dismissed with prejudice, so all of the evidence that we had on the mother was lost
