Mrs. Warner handled supposedly 2 cases for me. the first case was my divorce in which it took forever and still to this day I'm not sure if the divorce is final because my name was wrong and address was too in fact, the name was not mine and my ex name it was wrong it was a female name instead of hi...s name. I would try contact her and never could reach her. My girls and I got into an accident with a semi in which the driver was at fault a little while after I hired her for the divorce and she did'nt do right

It's really sad I hire her for my husband ssi and I was the person who did the leg work going to get paperwork she needed because the hospital said she never contacted them so I went to get everything and she charged my husband the full price. As well I filed another case with her and it took her 2 1.../2 months to file my chapter 7 and I paid her in feb. she filed it in June

I hired Attorney Warner in 2010 for a divorce case. It took 2 1/2 years to finally get finalize. Attorney Warner played the role of being nice and helpful until I paid her. After she received her money she was extremely hard to catch up with. She was very unprofessional and unorganized. In my op...inion, i felt that this was her first divorce case, because of the way she handled mine. If you are looking for a divorce lawyer, I strongly recommend NOT using Inez Warner for ANY LEGAL MATTERS!!!

I paid Ms. Warner $250 to represent me in a case. I went to court numerous times over the span of 1 yr and she only showed up the first day. After the first hearing, She sent another attorney to handle my case without notifying me of the changes or introducing me to him. Once, I sat at the courthouse... more than 4 hours , waiting for my "attorney" to make an appearance. After almost a year of hearings, the judge threw out the charge, I was ready to get back to a normal life . I blindly paid Ms. Warner $75 (stupid me) to expunge my simple misdemeanor assault charge after it was dismissed for lack of prosecution. She accepted my $75 fee via her receptionist and I was told by her receptionist that she would be in contact with me regarding the status. The receptionist also told me she (Warner) would mail me a copy of proof of the expungement. Needless to say, I never heard from her office and its been over 6 months. Also, Ms. Warner failed to inform me prior to accepting the funds that it would take well over a year to expunge my charge, even though I was a first time offender. That's how they get you. She sent messages through her receptionist and this was my primary means of contacting her. She was not direct or hands on at all. She was well aware that the charge would not be expunged immediately or within the next 3 months or so. I would not recommend Ms. Warner to anyone. P.S. If the system allowed, I would vote zero (0) stars and extremely poor for my rating!

Attorney Warner was paid in full at our first meeting and I never heard from her again. I called and emailed over a course of weeks only to get cancelled meeting after cancelled meeting. Bankruptcy documentation was filed incorrectly... TWICE... which caused me to take THREE days off work for n...o reason. She initially comes across very warm, caring and encouraging, but she REALLY needs to work on her follow through and keeping her word. In addition, she needs to be more knowledgeable of law and bankruptcy polices and procedures. I've read that bankruptcy should take no more than 3 to 4 months from start to discharge. I'm in month 6, about to go into month 7 and still waiting for her to contact me with basic information. I've called and emailed with no response. As a result, I was forced to file a compliant with the board against Attorney Warner.
