We were so hopeful that she would be able to help us in matters concerning our grandfather. Needless to say, help was not what we received. We were told that everything concerning this was none of our business and that was that. She told us she would call a researcher and let us know what his fee wo...uld be and we have been waiting since 5/11/23 to hear from her office. Today is 6/5/23. It's absolutely obvious that the ' Good Ole Boy' mentality is alive and well in Hardeman Co. Best thing to do is try to find an attorney outside the county lines. Don't wait for a call back because it will never come. if you do get someone on the phone, chances are you will be hung up on. This office is always in chaos and you yourself will be doing all the running for them. No one mentions a retainer so you will not know if you have hired them or not.
