OUTCOME: Granted

Client was scheduled for IV interview after I-601A waiver approval. Client's I-601A was denied arbitrarily. We immediately processed for I-601 waiver which was approved. Unfortunately prior to client' ... s scheduling for interview the USC spouse died of COVID-19 complications here in NY. We immediately sent request to the consulate to convert the Petition as I-360 and process client for IV interview. Finally client received interview and was stamped for IV. Client is now here in NY in LPR status.
