I am William E. Maddox Jr., L.L.C., Attorney at Law. For more than 20 years I have been helping people throughout the state prevent foreclosure, stop wage garnishments and eliminate their debts.
Clients turn to me when they want big law firm experience with the personal attention and client service that only a boutique law firm can provide. After spending more than a decade working for a large bankruptcy firm, I left to start my own practice centered on client service. My clients aren't handed off to younger, less-experienced lawyers or paralegals. Instead, clients get me — a state-certified bankruptcy specialist — to personally oversee every aspect of their cases.
