If you get the money, it is likely that your SSI will end because you will be above the "resource" limit. Here is a link that might help...

Yes. If your family is over the limit, her benefits will be cut.

Mr. Barnette is right (as usual). There are post-judgment procedures you can use to find out the SSN. You may with to hire an attorney to help...

Let your insurance company handle it. If you didn't have insurance at the time, you'll need to hire an attorney. Good luck.

It's impossible to tell if the judge would have withdrawn the FTA. That is up to the judge.
I suggest hiring a private lawyer to represent you....
