Biography
After passing the Tennessee Bar in 2015 I began working at my family's international marketing and advertising company as Director of Human Resources and General Counsel, focusing mainly on employment law and contract drafting/review before becoming CEO & General Counsel in 2018. In my role as General Counsel I helped take the company from a Tennessee general partnership to a Delaware LLC and dealth with general corporate counsel issues; contracts, employment disputes, compliance, copyright/trademark disputes, etc. I have experience in general discovery, mediation, arbitration, and some litigation. In my role as CEO I haved extensive business experience in both accounting, business planning, and business oprations. I have completed six acquisitions and dispositions at a total dollar amount of around $7.8 million.
I am also a private pilot with an instrument rating so when time allows I enjoy flying my vintage Cessna 172 in the mountains of East Tennessee.
