About Kevin
Biography
My legal career has been devoted entirely to bankruptcy law, insolvency, and debt issues. What fuels me is to help struggling individuals and businesses either (1) obtain a fresh start, (2) reorganize to increase chances of success, or (3) gain knowledge on how to achieve better financial success.
I also have a passion helping those who can't afford legal advice, so I also contribute a large portion of my time to local legal aid organizations and clinics that help assist lower-income earners and retired veterans. In 2018, I was awarded the Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award for the over 30 clients I assisted through either direct representation or clinic advice that year.
