Andrew Eugene O'Donnell

I knew from the moment he and I first spoke when I was evaluating different law firms that he was going to be my guy. Yes, he and the firm have high ratings, but more importantly on that first call he took over an hour of his time to explain his thoughts on how he would attack my case, provide his i...nsight into the district, his knowledge of the people and the behaviors of those in the judicial system within the district even down to an individual level. This is the kind of firsthand knowledge that you want from your lawyer because at the end of the day this is very much a process that involves people and knowing what motivates them, how they behave, what they respond to, etc. is what separates a good lawyer from an excellent lawyer. Navigating all of the people can mean the difference between a good outcome and a bad outcome. Andrew developed a game plan given the shaky state evidence that his experience working within the particular district where I was charged allowed him to be far more effective in securing the final good outcome for me. Importantly, Andrew didn't try to steer me away from going to trial which is something that I think is important for a lawyer. Fortunately, in my situation Andrew was able to secure a good deal for me.
