Crooked as they can get! Smiles to your face and stabs you in the back. Get the word on things from the courts themselves and you will need to get therapy afterwards. This man has ripped off people in the courts with kick backs and all. Just last year he helped a buddy of his wipe out a huge amo...unt of money with a forged will. The victim died homeless because of this man. Courts are in on the bs too!! Lawyer is bad enough but killing to fill your pockets is trashy. Poke around. Well worth the time.

I hired Scott as my divorce/custody attorney. During my consult he seemed optimistic and aggressive but once he had my retainer that changed. He was not helpful in answering my questions or addressing any concerns I had. He was rude and dismissive whenever I would talk to him. During my mediation I s...tarted to wonder whether he was my attorney or the other party's attorney. He did not help me when my child support was set and convinced me to take what was offered because I could change it later. Well, let me tell you changing things later isnt nearly as easy as he led me to believe. Do yourself a favor, spend more money and get a good attorney. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" applies here. I would never recommend him nor hire him myself again, not even if he offered to help for free.
