I have represented patients injured by medical negligence my entire career. Now that I am semi-retired I continue to assist other attorneys in the screening and formulation of theories of recovery, and assist as needed with all aspects of trial preparations and trial presentation.

I handle Appeals for other lawyers in a variety of types of cases, as well as any cases of my own. In my 1st year of practice I argued before the South Carolina Suprem Court, and have enjoyed Appellate work throughout my career.

I work on a contract basis with other attorneys in personal injury cases outside of the Medical Malpractice are to assist with medical proof, or to write briefs on legal issues that may arise, or to strategize on procedural matters or trial presentations.
