Biography
Nicole S. Klapka draws on over two decades of legal experience to provide focused, empathetic representation in family law matters across Florida and Tennessee. A University of Florida Levin College of Law alumna and former trial competition team member, she began as a prosecutor handling sensitive domestic and sexual violence cases. In 2005, after twelve years in the prosecutor’s office, she shifted her practice to family law—handling divorces, paternity disputes, dependency cases, and domestic violence matters—and has also served as an attorney ad litem.
