Very disturbing is what a super lawyers group said after reviewing my case’s mishandling by Tully Rinckey lawyers. Even so, no responsibility taken by this founding lawyer or his partner. Some of their lawyers working on my case mentioned outside relationships with my agency’s discriminating official...s and agency’s lawyers and that is why I would warn folks never to hire any lawyer anywhere with past or current affiliations with federal agencies or the Military. Also, find lawyers who are willing to share statistical success rates to help you make an informed decision. And if they don’t give you clear strategies at the beginning or tell you they don’t have a strategy like one of their lawyers after being assigned my case for two years, run!
