Biography
Attorney Roger Gilbert was born in Pennsylvania and grew up in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area of Florida. He attended the University of South Florida - Tampa where he graduated in 1982 with honors. He completed his major in both English and Political Science.
He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1985 and was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 1985. He has been in private practice since being licensed and has focused his practice on representing people injured in automobile collisions, workers' compensation accidents, premises liability cases and product liability cases.
Mr. Gilbert only represents injured people and does not represent insurance companies. He has represented people throughout Tennessee and handled cases that occurred in over half of the country. He has recovered over 46 million dollars for his clients.
