We were in Mr. Burroughs office in Sept. for an estate planning meeting. His last words were I will get back to you next week. We have still not recieved a call or an email. I have called many times asking for the office to send my information back. Today is Nov 11, and I still have not gotten my fil...e. I have called once a week for the last 4 weeks. Also asking for an explanation whey he did not say he did not want the business, or least of all send our personal information back. I would never refer him to anyone that wants something done. He is a very poor in many ways. Very dishonest . He could have said "I don't want the business," "I am to busy" anything is better than just no responce at all. I would have to say the same for the office staff. They could not even in a months time send back my information. Poor ,poor ,poor for what is suppose to be a professional office.
