Eric Joseph Horbey

I can only say that I am writing this review after much deliberation. As a person I really liked Eric; unfortunately I was and am still not satisfied with his performance. My issue is that I feel he abused my trust. In any type of argument, one has to trust his party to be looking out for their best ...interest. With Eric, I felt like many times after speaking with him, he would immediately starting churning up billable hours against my wishes in persuing an avenue I did not wish to go. Along with this; he uses block billing which makes verifying his work/hours ratio impossible. Being in a lawsuit is stressful enough; it's even more stressful when you feel like you can't trust your own side. I do not think his work warranted what he said it did and the fact that he went completely against what he had stated in a document is what leaves me with the awful feeling in my stomach and the feeling of being taken advantage of.
