Alex Burkhalter earned my respect and confidence from the very beginning. My case was a wrongful termination against a municipality, which involved uncommon, technical environmental concepts. Just to understand the facts of this situation, the entire staff had to learn what must have seemed like a ne...w language. Not only did they learn the environmental concepts and the proper, technical way to speak them, they became proficient in the specific details. Although I was certainly pleased in his understanding and adaptation to the language of my case, it wasn’t his proficiency in the details of this situation that impressed me the most. It was that each and every one of the staff demonstrated a very personal interest in my well-being and in correcting the environmental issues this case would address.
