Andrew Ward Varney

I hired Andrew Varney with the Garza Law Firm to represent me for a traffic citation and vehicle collision and he seemed confident he could win the case and have it dismissed. When my court date came I was meet with a different lawyer from the firm, that showed up late, unprepared and with no knowle...dge of the case. Andrew had instructed him to not request a hearing, as we had discussed, and to ask for traffic school. This was not the original defense strategy we had discussed. I specifically didn't want to enter a plea deal where i was found guilty. Later i learned according to the state of Tennessee asking for traffic school is a guilty plea.
