Mark Stapleton founded Stapleton Law Office in Rogersville in 1997. He decided he wanted to be a lawyer as a high schooler in the 1970s while working for a local judge. Since receiving his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Stamford University in Birmingham, Alabama, he has practiced law in the fields of personal injury, criminal defense, and insurance defense. Over his over 35-year career, he has also represented other lawyers in their own personal injury cases, as well as numerous chiropractors, dentists, pharmacists, and nurses in varying aspects of litigation including breach of contract and as defense counsel before their respective disciplinary boards. Mark is a proud father, grandfather, and community member who regularly volunteers at his local church.
