Clyde A. Dunn

Mr. Dunn was paid a retainer to defend this case. Mr. Dunn promised to meet with me again to discuss the merits of the case to propair for trial.This meeting never took place. When it came time for trial Mr. Dunn stated he was prepared. During the court proceedings all the witnessess we called. Pla...intiffs attorney did a masterful job with the witnessess. Mr. Dunn hardly muttered a word. I was stunned. Judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff. Mr. Dunn sent me another bill in the mail. I immeditly called and questioned him about asking for any more money and I told him he did a poor job in this case and had alot of nerve to ask for more money he then hung the phone up on me. I tried calling back but no one would answer the phone. I later retained another attorney (Fletcher Erwin) and went back to court under appeal and had the verdict reversed.
