William O Foutch Jr

I contacted Mr. Foutch's office to have a real estate contract drafted and was told he was on a call and would have to call me back. When I hadn't heard from him a week later, I called and left a message and his secretary called me back. I was told that he was out of town and wouldn't be able to retu...rn my call until Monday, but she couldn't guarantee he would call. When I asked that he just return it as soon as possible because I had been waiting for a return call for some time, she told me that I should just find another attorney. My wife is a real estate broker and when I told her what had happened, she told me that she has had problems with his secretary before. I chose Mr. Fouch because my wife recommended him, but if his office's customer service doesn't improve. I have a feeling that I won't be the only client he loses.
