There IS NO ONE better. he exceeded the highest of expectations

Too bad there are only 5 stars because if i could, id give him 100. Id always heard he was the attorney you wanted if you were facing serious drug charges and I was blessed enough my dad hired Rob as my lawyer last year and i was able to see first hand the kind of lawyer i couldve only hoped for. Dru...g task force busted my door down one september afternoon looking for the guy i was previously in a relationship with and i was just collateral. Unfortunately i had gotten myself into some deep **** and already had a warrant out for Sale and Delivery of schedule 1, heroin because someone had worn a wire on me and purchased heroin which ended up coming back as fentanyl. I was strung out when that happened and have since gotten clean but what rob did for me, how hard he worked for me was obvious. During the raid, i was charged with 4 additional class B felonies (poss of sched 1 & 2 for RESALE, MANUFACTURING of meth, maintaining a dwelling, sale and delivery of a schedule 1 and one misdemenor for a violation of probation. i was booked into BCJ with a $187,500 bond. I wasnt a convicted felon when i got arrested for these drug charges mind you but yet the public defender i had before rob was hired told me i was going to prison and she would try to get me drug court but wasn't super optimistic. How could i go to prison when i wasnt even a convicted felon and these were my first drug charges? i ended up doing 4 months in Blount County. during that time, Rob came to see me when i was an inmate and although i wasnt sure what to expect and i was extremely anxious to get some sort of answer at the time i was looking at. I was frustrated at first after being reset 3 or 4 times by the court but his first order of business was getting me a drug and alcohol assessment. I was able to get a bed at a state run rehab in kingsport, CCS. other girls i knew in jail that had gotten a bed also, had to wait weeks to get furloughed to CCS and they all had to be transported from the jail in a cop car up to the rehab and then picked up and transported back to the jail the same way. Rob was able to get the state to allow my dad to pick me up and drive me up there and also have personal transportation back so i could smoke and eat and whatever on the way up there and not have to show up in belly chains and shackles. While in the 28 day rehab, Rob stayed in contact with my counselor and my parents always getting back to any concerns i had left on his voicemail through my counselor. I did 2 months, went to rehab and then came back to turn myself in as i waited for my next court date 2 days after i had completed inpatient. I was lucky enough to find a bed at a halfway house in knoxville and told rob about it hoping i wouldnt have to spend the holidays in jail. When i tell you he got me furloughed out of jail THAT DAY literally before noon, i had expected to wait much longer. I knew other inmates who had gotten the same type inpatient situation that went to treatment and came back and waited weeks and months to get the option to go to the next step. I got kicked out of my halfway house after almost a month of being there and told rob who told me since i was on furlough i had to turn myself back in if i wasnt at the house they had ok'd for me in the court order. I turned myself in the next day, sat there for 2 more months. Rob had told me at the beginning he was hoping to get me misdemeanors and no felonies and he did just that. after a year of court every month he made sure he held out and got me the deal he wanted which kept me from becoming a felon and ruining my future. I never thought i would get the amazing deal he got me but he pulled it off and i got 3 years probation with time served. Rob is the type of lawyer that genuinely cares for his clients, not just the money. I kept that man BUSY for A YEAR and we bonded! he is not only a five star attorney, he is a good man that moved mountains for me and made it look easy. I will recommend him to everyone i know.

Best attorney around

Robert White is a great attorney, he’s reasonable, works with you, and he’s been explaining this whole court process to me, I don’t want my case everywhere but I will say it’s a class D felony, and he is so great at his job, and when you need more understanding he explains it for you. He works with p...eople and you can tell he knows what he’s doing. His secretary Cathy, she’s a doll, and she even tries to explain when she can. Rob is a very familiar lawyer and he is always so busy, but he calls on time, as soon as he gets a chance. He also reassured me today that everything will be okay. If you want an awesome attorney who knows what they are doing, who loves their job, and who can make sure you’re okay and explain the process of which you don’t understand, choose rob. You won’t regret it.

He’s an amazing attorney

He’s extremely knowledgeable. I never had to worry about if things were being taken care of because I constantly received updates. Mr. White will sit you down and explain all options and answer questions or concerns one might have. His receptionist is always abreast of situations and is very pleasant....
