Biography
Chad W. Hampton received his B.A. in History, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee and his Juris Doctorate,magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While in law school, he completed a Concentration in Business Transactions in association with the Clayton Center for Entrepreneurial Law, earning honors as the top graduate in the concentration and as a member of the Order of the Coif.
He maintains a transactional practice with a focus on estate planning, probate administration, and business transactions.
Chad and his wife are life-long Maryville residents and have two children. Chad is active in the community and has served on the Maryville City Schools Board of Education, and on Boards of various non-profit organizaiton such as the Maryville City Schools Foundation, Wesley Day School, New Hope Children's Advocacy Center, and the Blount County Public Library Foundation.
