I found myself out of town in franklin county facing a simple possession case. With this being my first offense ever my mind was all over the place. I received a citation that night and received a court date in Williamson county court. I didnt know anyone in this area so of course i went to the inter...net.I quickly found out that this County was really strick on even a small case such as this.After looking and talking to several attorneys i came across Mr Cauley.I called his number and he picked up right away.I must tell you after we talked and i explained my case,he put my mind at ease .He explained to me the pros and cons and what he possibly do for me.I retained his services immediately .He went to the first court date for me and got it kicked out till after the holidays. By me being from out of town this was a plus. I was falsely accused of a felony. Having never experienced anything like this before I was very scared. John Cauley took my case and made a horrible time in my life very manageable. Mr.Cauley did his due diligence in finding the false information or in my case the lies that were being told. He handl...ed the case so well that it was quickly dismissed when he pointed out the falsities being presented against me. God willing I will never go through something like this again, but if I do I know John will fight for me with everything he's got!!!

Mr. John Cauley been a tremendous a tremendous friend and ally for me through several difficult periods in life. I first met John when when I was placed in state custody as an adolescent due to some heavy abuse from my adoptive parents. At that point, I still had spent majority of my life outside of ...United States and had not known many people here in States as a teenager. John was a lifesaver acting as my guardian at litem. He was a wonderful friend, looking over my shoulder as I aged out of state custody and helped fight for me along the way. Then about four years after aging out of state custody, I had an incident occur with the Chattanooga Police. They were present at our apartment complex for an unrelated issue, but somehow ended up inviting themselves into several apartments in our building. We had a confrontation as I asked them to step out. They did not like being asked for a warrant and ended up getting physical with me and taking me off to jail. At this point I had no money and did not know what to do. John was a great friend and resource through this difficult time. During the initial hearing he did a tremendous job cross referencing the police officer. He caught him in several lies and did a wonderful job in illustrating the holes and contradictions in the officers story. He handled the situation with great professionalism and helped me move on with my life instead of getting bogged down in this conflict. All the charges dropped.
