Review of services rendered in preparing an application for Presidential Pardon
Mr. Noel assisted in re-obtaining my right to purchase firearms by much research and finally in preparing an application for a Presidential Pardon in order to for me to be able to purchase and own firearms for collection, display, and target practice.
