Over 22 years experience as in-house General Counsel and approximately 8 years in private practice working on incorporations and governance matters including serving as Secretary during all General Counsel tenures. Experience also includes 20 years of work establishing subsidiaries overseas including complex, austere, and post-conflict environments.

Experience in the area of Government Contracting from private practice to in-house General Counsel for 15 years.
