Possession of Cocaine case dismissed during evidentiary hearing. Through the use of body and traffic camera footage, we were able to demonstrate that the client never possessed the contraband as sugge ... sted in the police report. The conflict in testimony was unexplainable by the government and the case was dismissed mid-hearing.
