Jacqulyn Lee Gaut Jones

For Jacqulyn, practicing law at The Terry Law Firm is more than a profession — it’s a continuation of a family legacy built on serving the community for over 60 years. After working in various roles at the firm while completing her education, she officially joined the practice as an attorney in 2010, working alongside her family to help clients through some of life’s most difficult moments.

Jacqulyn focuses her practice on Social Security Disability law, guiding individuals and families through a process that can feel confusing and overwhelming. She is known for taking a client-centered approach, making sure each person feels heard, supported, and confident from the first meeting through the resolution of their case.

Jacqulyn is Board Certified as a Social Security Disability Law Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a distinction earned through demonstrated experience representing claimants at the administrative hearing level, before the Appeals Council, and in Federal Court, along with judicial and attorney references and a comprehensive examination. She is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and is licensed to practice in all state and Federal Courts in Tennessee.
