Speeding Ticket Help

I made the stupid mistake of getting two speeding tickets within a few months of each other in Greene County last fall. Jonathan was able to get the first ticket completely dropped for me. I messed up by getting the second ticket only two months later. Jonathan was able to reduce my fine by getting m...y speed reduced. This was also the first time I was ever required to go to court, which made me nervous, but Jonathan was able to help me feel more calm in the courtroom.

Found Not Guilty on DUI Charge

A friend recommended I hire Jonathan Cave to represent me in a DUI Charge. I was pulled over for speeding, and questioned if I had been drinking that night. I responded that I had 7 beers the entire night. The field officers said I failed the sobriety test, and I declined to take a breathalyzer or... blood test. I consulted with Jonathan Cave. He watched my sobriety test video and agreed to represent me. During my bench trial, Mr. Cave went through every second of my sobriety test video. He pointed out the police officer, never gave me clear instructions on one part that I "failed". Mr. Cave also pointed out that I was bare foot and there was a lot of noise and commotion from the busy interstate. Mr. Cave had me bring a witness to the trail that was with me the entire night. I had drank approximately 7 beer pong beers in a 4 hour time period. In the end, the judge sided with me and said I was Not Guilty of DUI. Mr. Cave is an excellent attorney and I would recommend him to anyone. He really fought hard for me during my trial, and I can't thank him enough for not having to put up with a DUI conviction the rest of my life.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
