Michael Corcoran Beehan

Fox & Farley helped us with insurance claims resulting from a serious auto accident in June 2017. Michael Beehan was the attorney for our case. He negotiated on our behalf for the injuries and damages that we suffered in the accident. Claims were filed for me (crushed knee and related trauma), for... my wife (cracked ribs, suspected concussion and related trauma), and the car (totaled). In this work, we found Michael and other Fox & Farley support staff to be very professional and experienced, as well as compassionate and courteous. Michael understood all the steps and work required to files the claims, and the best strategy to “maximize” our compensation. He oversaw the process of making sure all the invoices for expenses surrounding the accident were properly directed and remunerated. The legal fee is always somewhat hard to accept, but worth it—all the knowledge and work needed to collect and organize all the data required for the claims was well beyond our capability. We also liked the “warmhearted” practice by Fox & Farley of donating a small fraction of the legal fee to a charity of choice by the client. In our case, the donations were made to our church. In summary, for all the above reasons, Michael Beehan and Fox & Farley are deserving of a 5 star rating.
