Look into other lawyers instead.
No communication and naturally uninformed/un prepared for court. Thankfully we did our own homework (for a loved one) and more or less they represented themselves with him just being a warm body present.

Slow to get anything done1
We had to call multiple times to get a return call. What should have taken less than a year to complete actually took three years. Finally got another attorney and everything was resolved in less than six months! Will never use again.
