Very unproductive
Lost a huge civil case because of David being completely unprepared. I over paid a premium because we only had two weeks to prepare for our hearing. David came to court and had to ask me on the fly about the case. I would never recommend his services.

A good guy if he isn't busy...
David is in my opinion a decent bankruptcy attorney. He is intelligent, charismatic, and maybe a little tricky (he knows how to use someone's words against them). Yet once you get beyond bankruptcy and get him on a job other then that... Well, we lost the right to pursue someone because he didn't ...
