It does not matter. He signed it. Apparently without advise of a lawyer. If he wants it changed, he needs to consult with local lawyer asap.

You need to hire a criminal defense lawyer or have one appointed to represent you and stay off of public sites discussing the matter.

The owner needs to evict the tenant. If you think that is a problem you need to consult with a local lawyer.

You need woman up and tell him. If he wants to see the child he needs to file a parentage action after the child is born.

Yes, the rent must be received on or before the grace period. Sending it certified probably slowed delivery.
