I have practiced law for 42 years. I have worked in real estate, commercial litigation, labor and employment, bankruptcy, and alternative dispute resolution. I continue to be involved in all of these except real estate.
Specialties: I am a member of the Roster of Neutrals for the American Arbitration Association. I am also a Rule 31 Mediator in Tennessee state cases, and am on the approved list of mediators for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. I am a member of the Tennessee Academy of Distinguished Arbitrators and Mediators
