Biography
Thomas J. Seeley, III, has been practicing law in Tennessee for over 20 years. During this time, he has focused his practice in the areas of municipal, civil litigation, employment and contract litigation, divorce, adoption, child custody & support, white collar criminal defense, domestic assault, auto accidents and personal injury. Tom is also a mediator for family law matters.
Tom’s municipal and business clients include: Washington County, TN, the Town of Erwin, Bristol Bluff City Utility District, Providence Academy, Summers Taylor, Inc., D&K Management, Inc., and Libation Station to name a few.
Tom earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Arts with Honors in 1993 at the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa. Tom earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May of 1997 and married, Jenny W. Seeley in December of 1997. They have three teenage children. Tom is proud to have the opportunity to build a law firm in the Jonesborough area.
