I found myself being sued for $9.5 million, along with several other defendants, for defamation, etc. related to an animal cruelty charge where the pup Dallas was starved to death. In addition to a motion to dismiss, Grace also filed a TPPA motion when none of the other lawyers did. This essentially was a motion to have the plaintiff pay our legal fees. At the first (Zoom) hearing, the judge laughed and said even he had never heard of it! He gave all the others 14 days to also file the motion. Which they did.
