Erin McArdle

Erin is an amazing attorney. She is very sharp and knows exactly what to do to help her clients. She represented a family member who was wrongfully accused of a crime and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. In 2003 I was sentenced 28 years at 100%. In 2020 they changed the laws and I reached out to Erin. Erin remained fastidious and made sure to submit the motions and took the steps necessary to ensure that I was given a more accurate sentence based on what I was charged with. I was released in December... of 2022. Her dedication and attention to detail was what got me released without having any additional hoops to jump through. I’m out and free and that’s all thanks to Erin.

On October 30th 2022, I called 911 for medical care, instead I was arrested, assaulted, and publicly mocked for my current medical condition by Officer Joe Roberts of Washington County TN and refused medical care by EMT Lucas Gragg (After being coerced by Officer Joe Roberts to deny me medical care).... I was released the next morning after posting bail and went to see Erin McArdle. She assured me she would take care of this and I had no need to worry about my case anymore. That's easier said than done when the city has charged you with an unjustified felony! But Erin (and Kaylee, her assistant) were extremely friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns throughout the process of the case. Jan. 10, 2022, All my charges were completely dropped and dismissed by the Washington County court, thanks to Erin! I highly recommend her and will definitely hire her again for any attorney services I need in the future.
